Nano composites films for food packaging applications

This research aims to prepare a nano composite material of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVAc) copolymer reinforced with both silica and silver (Ag+) nanoparticles different weight percentage ( 0.25, 0.5 & 1) wt.%. Spin coating technique was used for the preparation films SiO2 nanoparticles. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measure roughness , in addition surface area ratio, valley fluid index bearing index. Structural properties prepared via Fourier Transforms Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were studied. Anti-bacterial activity versus gram positive negative bacteria also tested agar well diffusion method. Results proved that physical interaction occurred between EVAc added nanoparticles, AFM results show increasing rising percentages Bearing decreased NPs, shown above, NPs. The fourth sample which 1%SiO2 only exception above results. Antibacterial an inhibition zone two types (negative grams)
